It’s not by chance that Busatti’s factory, is located right in the geographical heart of the Italian Renaissance. Piero della Francesca, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, as well a well Guido Monaco, S. Francesco were born within a range of 100 kms.

Busatti’s workshop has no artistic pretentions of course, but it reveals the now nearly two centuries-old experience of refinements of the people who work here with great skill and passion. Busatti’s staff says: "I work with Busatti not for Busatti".

It has always been here, in the vaults of Palazzo Morgalanti, with its sober sixteenth century lines. Then, owing to market requirements, it has enlarged, but the pledge has always been “never disown the origins, the taste and the quality”. Shuttle looms, sons of the Industrial Revolution, slowly insert weft-threads giving to fabrics that softness nowadays lost. Skilled hands put the finishing touch and embroider these products by means of hemstiched hems, lilystiches, embroideries and laces. .
